World Of NZ was established in 2003 by Simon Kingston, a New Zealander now living in England, with a simple aim of sharing some of the great products that are made in New Zealand with you. Making it easier for you to enjoy them no matter where in the UK you live.
These are not just quality products made in New Zealand, but products that New Zealanders actually use.
Being brought up with ready access to Manuka Honey, and having made use of its unique healing abilities several times, to heal cuts, and quickly cure a bout of diarrhea, I know how good it is, and would like to make it an easier option for more people to use.
By us being based in London, you get the benefit of quicker delivery than if we were to base ourselves in New Zealand.

We avoid any issues of out of stock products, by ensuring that our stock levels are maintained, and in the rare circumstances where we are out of stock of a particular item, then that item will no longer be displayed on the website. So you can be assured that items you select to purchase will be despatched on the next working day in all but the most exceptional of circumstances.

Delivery
Currently we delivery to mainland United Kingdom postcodes using first class post.
For orders of £35 of products or more delivery is FREE.
For orders under that there will be a small additional charge for p & p. However unlike many sites, we let you know what that will be in advance. Our transparent policy means you can see what the delivery charge for any item will be before you purchase. It is displayed on each product detail page just above the product price.
Payment
Online - we accept Visa, Mastercard, and UK Debit cards. The payment will be processed securely via the Protx service, who make use of the latest security features. From the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure Protx payment page where you enter you card details. That then gets processed directly with the bank. We never actually even receive you card details, but a confirmation that it has been successful and a transaction ID (that we can use should we ever need to process a refund).
Placing your order online and completing the payment process is the easiest method, and the fastest way to have your products sent to you. We do however appreciate that not everyone is comfortable with online payments. We will accept orders sent by post to us with payment made by cheque. For this stuation though we do wait until the cheque has cleared into our account before despatching the order, so this method can take several extra days. Should you wish to pay be cheque, please make it payable to: World Of NZ Ltd and send it together with a brief note to us at: World Of NZ Ltd, 48A Dornton Road, London, SW12 9NE. Please make sure that you have included allowance for any postage charges, which are stated on each of our product pages. A suggestion is you begin your order online, and proceed through to the checkout page, in order to get a summary cost - then just don't carry on to the payment page. Also, make sure you tell us in your note what you want to order, and equally important, your name and address details so that we can send the items to you. This is an option for UK deliveries only. If you could included an email address, and /or a contact number, then it is quicker for us to contact you should there be any issues.
