My wife suffered an horrendous foot injury through a suspected insect bite, at one point it was feared she might lose her foot. After 4 weeks of hospital treatment, 4 times a day IV antibiotics with very little improvement the district nurses decided to treat it with Manuka Honey dressings. Now the wound is almost healed where before it was showing no signs of healing. I have the photos to show just how bad it was and how it is now.
